Chadds Ford, PA, March 6, 2017 – Kynectiv, Inc. today announced that Gayle Shaw-Hones, RN, PhD has joined the Kynectiv team.
As Director of Learning & Development for Kynectiv, Dr. Shaw-Hones will lead our business efforts in the Life Sciences. Gayle’s goal is to empower clients to “break the box” using Kynectiv’s simulation platform and its behavioral outcome reporting. “Simulation-based learning is as an essential component of the learning strategy to improve outcomes,” according to Dr. Shaw-Hones.
Dr. Shaw-Hones has been an industry leader for eighteen years combining her medical, commercial, and learning and development experience to solve complex problems. She most recently was the Executive Director, Training and Development for TGaS Advisors, a leading benchmarking and advisory services firm in the Life Sciences. In that role, Gayle worked with senior leaders to help them understand how they could improve their Learning & Development programs. She previously held roles including Instructional Design, Sales Training, Global Medical Affairs and Change Management in Life Science companies.
Using her expertise in learning experience design and learning strategy, Gayle brings a unique perspective to our team and our partners. She will soon complete her ROI certification through the ROI institute, has a Nursing degree and Masters in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University, and a PhD in Educational Technology and Curricula Design from Drexel University.
